Audio Engineering

The Audio Engineering Program at KMMC is designed to provide aspiring audio professionals with a strong foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of modern audio production. The program combines theoretical understanding with hands-on practical learning, allowing students to explore professional workflows used in music production, studio recording, live sound, broadcast, and multimedia environments. Through extensive exposure to industry-standard tools and techniques, students develop the skills required to work confidently in today's rapidly evolving audio industry.

Training is delivered using professional software platforms including Logic Pro and Pro Tools, alongside practical applications in recording, editing, mixing, mastering, acoustics, sound design, and live sound reinforcement. The curriculum is structured to help students build technical precision, critical listening ability, workflow efficiency, and creative problem-solving skills essential for professional audio production.

Audio Engineering

Our Audio Engineering course offers an in-depth training in all the key aspects of professional audio engineering, covering a wide range of skills, from basic theories of sound through to recording, mixing and mastering. We also teach acoustics, audio for video, sound design, sound reinforcement and audio for broadcast.

Students have the option of taking a six-month introductory course or a full year of study. Both have been carefully designed to prepare students for any professional environment in the audio industry. Classes on each take place on three days per week.
